Silver Rose Gold Orchid Pendant Antique Diamonds was Painstakingly hand sculpted in wax, cast in sterling, and accented with diamonds and rose gold. The central orchid has a soft, touchable matte silver finish and a 0.18ct diamond set into the throat. This diamond, based on the cut alone, has been dated to apx. the 1850s and was part of an estate jewelry piece that was melted down. We've given it new life here. The orchid is fastened to the necklace with bracts of rose gold, curling in on themselves to form loops. These are polished brightly and soldered shut for durability. Hanging from the orchid are two more 14k rose gold bracts or roots, set with antique diamonds as well, 0.14ct and 0.15ct respectively.
