Uncover the treasure once buried in the earth. The longer you gaze at this drusy quartz, the more you see. This stone was cut from the center of an agate geode, showing the natural ripples and banding of the stone- tones of gray, navy blue, brown, and white.
Tiny, glittering crystal points cover the entire surface, from 0.01mm in size that just twinkle, up to 2mm with visible hexagon crystal points. This is a stone unlike any other. It measures appx 40mm (1.5") and the entire pendant is exactly 2 inches long.
The back of the pendant shows the polished outside of the agate slice, with whorls of blue and black. The artist has hidden a secret message in sculpted words- circling the back of the gem are raised letters that spell out "Know Therein Lies Treasure"
Fastened with a solid silver bail, attached to a braided black leather cord with a silver clasp. This piece is not lightweight or demure, but bold and heavy. One of a kind. Designed and sculpted by Sarah J Christenson
