Silver Multi Gemstone Ring, Sugar Skull Calavera Crown - This colorful Calavera ring features a wide band and a bas relief death grin. The skull is crowned with rosebuds, each bearing a genuine colored gemstone! The rosebuds are flanked by tiny etched leaves, while the band is pierced through where it meets the skull, to show off detail and highlight the skeletal shapes.

Four hearts adorn the face, while bead work surrounds the eye sockets and flower petals edge the cheekbones. The rosebuds are intricately sculpted, and hold the following gemstones:

One amethyst
Two Ruby
Two Citrine
Two Tsavorite garnet

All gems are genuine and in the 2 to 2.5mm size range. Ring is sterling silver, designed and sculpted by Sarah J Christenson. After spending many years in the desert southwest, Sarah grew to love the tradition of Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead.
