3 EASY STEPS

1. Clean

Using clean hands and without removing your earrings, apply aftercare solution to the front and back of each earlobe and/or cartilage two times per day.
2. Gently Move

Next, gently slide your earrings back & forth and rotate them in a circle.
This will ensure absorption of the solution or gel at the piercing site.
3. Repeat

Repeat this process for 6 weeks for earlobe piercings and 12 weeks for cartilage piercings.
For 2-in-1 Advanced Aftercare & Cleanser, repeat for 3 weeks for earlobes and 8 weeks for cartilage.

Helpful Tips:

While You Heal

Wash your hands regularly.
Avoid touching your newly pierced ears.
Don't tighten your earring backs.
Use care when using products like shampoo, hairspray, hair dye, soap & perfume close to you ears. If contact occurs cleanse your ears with aftercare solution.
Avoid hot tubs and swimming. It you must soak or swim, cleanse your ears afterward with STUDEX Aftercare solution.
Brushes, combs, hair dryers & curling irons should be kept a safe distance from the ears.
Use care while dressing, especially when pulling clothes over your head.
Avoid headphones, hats, caps & scarves that rest at ear level.

After You Heal

After the healing period has passed and provided your ears are completely healed, you may replace your earrings with another pair. It your ears begin to feel sore, return to your original earrings for 1-2 more weeks and resume the aftercare instructions.
To prevent piercing holes from closing, don't go any longer than 24 hours without wearing earrings for the first 6 months
To prevent piercing holes from stretching, don't wear heavy earrings for the first 4 months.
Pain, redness and/or swelling are not normal reactions to ear piercing and are generally uncommon. When these reactions occur, please consult a physician IMMEDIATELY. To reduce the risk of irritation, choose earrings that are
