Fiddlehead Fern and Orchid Platinum Wedding Set 1 Carat Old Mine Cut Antique Diamond

Old Mine cut diamonds dating from appx Regency era were used to make this modern, vintage inspired set. The center diamond is 1.01 carat, slightly wonky cut as can be expected from the time period. It's SI1 clarity and faint silver H-I color. 

Sarah hand sculpted a mounting rich with organic detail, with tiny orchids visible from two sides and minute daisies on the east-west sides. This is accented with slender orchid leaves that form the band, and a pair of delicate ferns on the bottom of the ring.

The fitted wedding band is formed from curling ferns that hold four smaller diamonds weighing appx 0.25ct, also over century old and with that distinctive antique cut. The bottom of the ring is contoured to the engagement and has two more tiny curling fiddlehead ferns. 

Cast in durable platinum, total diamond weight appx 1.26 carats, currently size 8 but can be sized up or down and/or soldered together. One of a kind

**PLEASE NOTE, this is a previously owned wedding set, made in 2022, in excellent condition, and has been completely refinished. There's no breakup or bad juju, just a desire for something new. Our lead designer Sarah sculpted this, wore it for a few years, then decided on a totally different look.
